End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and any applicable order, plan, or subscription, yaibo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the software and services provided via yaibo.gg (the "Software"). The Software is offered for commercial use only as explicitly permitted by a paid license or written agreement with yaibo.

2. Scope

This EULA applies to the yaibo website, desktop application, and related services, including any updates, documentation, and support materials provided by yaibo.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software except as allowed by law.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where permitted by law.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. yaibo and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Updates

We may provide updates or changes to the Software from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the Software.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Software is subject to the yaibo Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

8. Disclaimer

The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yaibo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this EULA or your use of the Software.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
